The CHILD SAFETY POLICY AND RELEASE FORM must be filled in and returned to us before Camp.
The ATHLETE CODE OF CONDUCT FORM must be filled in and returned to us before Camp.
The CAMP EQUIPMENT PAGE provides links to all Camps. The equipment required for each Camp is listed, and an ATHLETIC PROFILE FORM is attached, that is to be returned to the Head Coach prior to Camp beginning.
A CAR PASS that you can print has been included. There is a $10.00 one day only Gate Pass required for entry into the International Peace Garden. By showing this CAR PASS when you come to pick up your child you will be allowed to enter the Garden at no cost.
