Welcome to the 47th Annual Legion Gymnastics Camp at the Peace Garden. To make your stay at the camp as enjoyable as possible, please be sure to bring with you the following equipment, over and above the items identified in the Key Information Sheet. NOTE: This camp does not have laundry service, so please come prepared.
It is essential to prepare yourself physically for this camp. Between 6-8 hours of teaching instruction per day will be provided.
I would like you to work: flexibility - splits: 10-15 minutes per day.
Suggestion: run 1/2 - 1 mile per day, starting 3 weeks prior to camp.
